Brian Medlock went above and beyond. I expressed concerns with a long wait time inside of the dealership because my son has special needs and has a hard time being patient. Brian went out of his way to make sure that was not the case. I was able to get into a new car, doing as much virtually as possible. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and I will be sharing with all my family and friends.

I arrived for my appointment and was greeted and checked in promptly. Ray W., the service advisor, went over everything I had scheduled my appointment for with detailed explanations. The service guy went over my vehicle thoroughly and sent me an update via text message with an accompanying video. I was very impressed with this. I could see the areas of my car which was being serviced and the condition of my overall vehicle. The waiting room was clean and inviting. Complimentary coffee and tea were made available along with cold bottles of water. The repairs were done and I was soon back on the road again with a clean car and completed repairs. Thanks for excellent service.
