    I came on an extremely busy day… I was in need of an oil change and there was a recall. I don’t remember the young lady that booked my appt. She really tried her best to accommodate me with the utmost friendliness!! She also explained a few things to me about my “oil”. Oh! When I arrived I was told there would be a 2 hour wait. I’m glad that they tell you ahead of time. It was the fastest 2 hours I’ve experienced and I told the young lady at checkout. So glad I purchased my vehicle from you guys. Looking forward to when my lease expires to purchase a vehicle next time

    When I brought my truck in to be looked at for transmission issues it took a whole week just to get looked at. Then after being looked at I was quoted $6100 for a replacement transmission that would have a 5 year unlimited mile warranty. After two weeks waiting for the part to arrive I was informed that the warranty would only be good if we paid an additional $1800 to replace the radiator and front condenser oh and also the warranty was only going to be good for 3 years. I understand that the dealership did not know about these conditions to the warranty but it's the dealership's responsibility to know and to inform their customers before making a bug purchase decision. If the dealership had offered to pay even for a portion of the cost needed to maintain the warranty my confidence in their business would be much higher. But it seems like this dealership is swamped with work so I guess they won't need my business or any referrals from me.

    1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on an appointment visit. I would expect that if it was a non-appointment oil change. Car was returned to me with oil/grease on the hood and side panel (passenger side). I didn't notice it until I got home because of the position it was in when I approached it to leave. If I had seen it I would have had someone clean it off. The tech that did the oil change mentioned to my service guy that I had a slight leak on a transmission line fitting. Your dealership wanted that to be a billable repair. Good will should be a priority for Suburban and maybe just throw a wrench on it and mention the nice catch to the customer when I got my bill? With all the number of choices for dealerships in Oakland county you may want to take that up to ownership. Good Will is worth a ton in all service businesses.

    Received a note on my phone that there was a problem with the rear camera on my vehicle. (Possible safety defect). Service department was extremely helpful when I entered the building. He ordered a replacement cable assembly from GM and made an appointment to have it replaced. New camera cable works well. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
