Service writer, Tony, was awesome and service was quick; however, I was a little disappointed that the windshield wipers for my 2024 Buick Envista were not in stock.

The salesmen and general manager were friendly. I was not educated on operating and servicing and general care of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was not informed properly about the Lease offer that was given to me due to mileage agreement. No information was provided, I just simply had to ask every question under the sun to get information. If I forgot a question then I was left uninformed.

we have been customers of Suburban for years. This time our service person Tony went above and beyond to service us. He was very knowledgeable , informative and provided excellent service. We are in our 80's and things can be confusing at times, he answered all of our questions with patience We were very lucky to have him as our customer service representee. Suburban is lucky to have him as an employee
